BirdDog MAKI Ultra 12x is a 4K UHD box camera with 12x optical zoom from BirdDog. In addition to a maximum resolution of 2160p60, it also features fast autofocus. The high frame rate produces detailed, high-resolution footage even in low-light conditions. The autofocus ensures that fast-moving content is precisely focused and remains sharp. This makes the box camera popular for eSports and sports events, live music recordings, church services, and similar events.
Like all other BirdDog products, the MAKI is NDI-capable. HX3 integration enables high-quality video transmission with low network overhead. The camera features HDMI, 3G-SDI, USB, and Ethernet ports, allowing it to be integrated into a wide variety of workflows.
It also features intuitive onboard buttons, allowing convenient control of zoom and focus from the device.
The built-in microphone provides omnidirectional recording with a range of up to 6 meters – and features a noise reduction algorithm.
