The SmallRig Bottom Mount Plate for Sony Alpha 7C II / Alpha 7CR 4438 is meticulously crafted to enhance the handgrip feel and facilitate quick mounting onto tripods or gimbals, all while safeguarding the camera’s bottom surface. Securing the camera via a single 1/4″-20 screw and a raised edge, this baseplate is outfitted with cushions to prevent scratches and twisting, ensuring optimal protection.
Featuring a hinge arm at the battery door that conforms to the camera’s curvature, this design leaves ample space for the pinkie finger, enhancing comfort during use. The Arca-Swiss quick release plate on the bottom offers broad compatibility, supporting DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals, as well as the quick-release plate of DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 gimbals and Arca-Type Quick Release Plate 3154.
Additionally, the baseplate incorporates a QD socket compatible with QD shoulder straps, while also reserving waist strap holes for optional use with a Hand Strap 3848. Moreover, for added convenience, a magnetic wrench is included, simplifying the disassembly and assembly process.
