The IRIX Edge ND1000 is a 67mm solid neutral density filter with an optical density of 3.0 and 10-stop exposure reduction. It reduces incoming light across the entire image area, allowing reduced shutter speeds and wider apertures.
The filter is designed for landscape and long-exposure photography and can enable exposure times of several minutes, even in bright sunlight. It features multi- and resistance-coated glass in an aluminum ring.
