Overview

The Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 Di III VXD G2 for Nikon Z-mount mirrorless cameras features an enhanced optical design and an upgraded focusing system, making it a highly versatile zoom lens ideal for wide-angle to portrait-length shooting. Its bright f/2.8 constant aperture delivers excellent performance in various lighting conditions. Compared to the previous generation, this updated version offers improved resolution and greater overall sharpness. The lens now incorporates a VXD (Voice-coil eXtreme-torque Drive) autofocus system, providing faster, more accurate focusing for both photography and video work. As part of the second generation, the lens also introduces a refreshed exterior design, a reduced minimum focusing distance of just 7.1″, and a new connector port, enabling seamless use with Tamron Lens Utility software for customizing lens functions.
