The SmallRig Universal Quick Release Cage for Mobile Phone 4299 offers a professional and user-friendly solution for mobile video shooting and live broadcasting. Featuring cold shoe mounts and 1/4″-20 threaded holes on the frame, this cage allows for easy attachment of lights, microphones, tripods, side handles, top handles, and other accessories when shooting with mobile phones.

What sets this cage apart is its compatibility with both standard products attached using a 1/4″-20 screw and SmallRig’s new quick release ecosystem. This provides users with enhanced convenience, speed, stability, and efficiency when connecting accessories such as side handles, top handles, or tripods.

For stable static shooting using a mobile phone with MagSafe, users can directly attach the phone to the MagSafe base on the cage. However, for phones without MagSafe or when shooting dynamic scenes, the included phone clip should be used to securely fasten the phone before shooting begins.

Tips

Please make sure to handle the mobile phone gently when inserting and removing it.
Avoid dropping or colliding the phone, as it may cause damage.
To utilize the wireless charging function, please remove your phone from the cage.
Avoid using the MagSafe function when shooting intense scenes.
