Overview
The SmallRig Cage for Sony Alpha 9 III 4533 is engineered to provide comprehensive camera protection and expansion capabilities with accessories. Its three-point anti-deflection locking system ensures a secure fit for the Alpha 9 III, employing locating pins, a 1/4″-20 screw on the bottom, and an M2.5 screw on the left side.
With a streamlined design, the cage offers unobstructed access to buttons, enhancing usability. The dedicated “Rhinoceros” HDMI Cable Clamp securely fastens cables with thumbscrews, safeguarding HDMI ports and ensuring stable data transmission.
Built-in mounting interfaces include 1/4″-20 holes and ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes for attaching accessories such as a top handle (ID: 2165C) or side handle (ID: 4016), and expanding monitor support (ID: 2903B). Cold shoes accommodate microphones or LED video lights, while a QD socket facilitates QD shoulder strap attachment.
The built-in Arca-Swiss quick release plate at the bottom is compatible with DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro gimbals, DJI RS 2 / RSC stabilizers with quick release plates, and Arca-Swiss quick release plate (ID: 3154).
Strap holes on the left and bottom of the cage are compatible with hand strap (ID: 3848), shoulder strap (ID: PSC2428), and other accessories. Additionally, a magnetic wrench at the bottom of the cage ensures easy disassembly and assembly at any time.

Please remove the shoulder strap ring on the left side of the camera before mounting the cage
