The Sennheiser Spectera Base Station is part of the Spectera wireless ecosystem, designed for large-scale events, high-end productions, rental companies, major installations, and touring bands. Operating in UHF (470 to 663 MHz) and 1G4 (1435 to 1525 MHz) bands, this wideband, bidirectional wireless transceiver offers up to 64 channels (32-in/32-out) of simultaneous microphone/line transmission and in-ear monitor/IFB reception in a single 1U unit. It utilizes up to two WMAS wideband RF carriers (6/8 MHz) for all wireless transmission needs. With built-in redundancy, including dual power supplies, redundant Dante, optional redundant MADI audio I/O, and multiple antenna connections for enhanced coverage, the system ensures reliability and scalability. Spectera’s 11 Audio Link modes provide precise control over latency, audio quality, and range for each link, while the bidirectional bodypacks (sold separately) manage both mic/line and IEM signals concurrently.
