Revar Cine Compression Diopters are standard 138mm diopters with a flat polished window in the center. This specialty filter creates a zoom rack type effect where the edges of the image are blurred and the center flat window retains the in-focus image. The 30mm flat window size is ideal for slight changes to the edges of frame on mid to wide focal lengths.We use high quality Schott BK7 glass that has an index similar to your lens elements. Manufactured to the highest tolerances, this glass will exceed performance of other diopters.
