Overview
This Top Plate for the Sony BURANO from MID49 is designed to enhance your Sony BURANO camera with additional accessory mounting points. It is fully compatible with the original top handle of the Sony BURANO and also supports mounting the Sony FX9 control handle (with the optional BURANO to FX9 Top Plate Handle Adapter). The plate is equipped with multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threaded holes for accessories, positioned both on the top and side. It also features ARRI-standard Accessory Mount-compatible anti-twist divots and several M4 threaded mounting holes, ensuring a secure connection for accessories and support arms without placing undue stress on your camera’s body. Additionally, it includes an integrated ARCA-compatible quick-release system, allowing for easy and fast mounting of your camera on various platforms when paired with optional ARCA adapter plates.
