The DJI SDR Transmission Transmitter is engineered for reliable, high-quality video transmission on small-to-medium-sized film sets. It supports long-range transmission of up to 1080p60 resolution, utilizing DJI’s proprietary SDR (Software Defined Radio) technology. The system operates with a tri-band (DFS, 2.4 GHz, and 5.8 GHz) automatic frequency-hopping mechanism, offering strong signal penetration and coverage of up to 1.9 miles. Perfect for transmitting footage from a camera rig to unlimited receivers or mobile devices, it excels in crowded environments or complex architectures where traditional consumer Wi-Fi systems would fail.
Seamless Auto-Frequency Hopping
SDR technology enables smooth automatic frequency hopping across the 2.4 GHz, 5.8 GHz, and DFS bands. If interference occurs, the system can automatically switch to the clearest channel, ensuring stable operation even in environments with multiple obstacles. When the SDR Transmission system is connected to the app in either SDR Control or Wi-Fi mode, users have the option to manually switch channels through the app while also monitoring the channel quality in real time.
Robust Transmission up to 10,000′
The DJI SDR Transmission Receiver is capable of receiving wireless video from a transmitter at distances of up to 10,000 feet, thanks to its advanced SDR technology, ideal for large and dynamic filming spaces. With a remarkably low latency of just 35 ms, it guarantees seamless monitoring and extended transmission range.
Unlimited Number of Receivers
In Broadcast mode, a single transmitter can link to an unlimited number of receivers, offering a high-quality monitoring experience for multiple team members and catering to the distinct monitoring requirements of various professional roles.
Versatile USB-C Port
The transmitter offers versatile monitoring options, supporting three SDR and two Wi-Fi signals at the same time. The receiver can deliver output to monitors through SDI/HDMI, while the transmitter enables direct connection to smartphones or tablets via Wi-Fi for enhanced compatibility. Additionally, the receiver features a USB-C output, allowing it to connect directly to smartphones or tablets using a USB-C cable for smooth and reliable monitoring.
