Overview

The Laowa 12mm T2.9 Lite Zero-D VV Cine Lens features a 122° full-frame horizontal angle of view and covers VistaVision sensors with a 43.2 mm image circle. It is designed for Sony E mount cameras and supports full-frame and VistaVision image sensors.

The lens has a T2.9 to T22 aperture range, a 14-blade iris, and an optical design comprising 16 elements in 9 groups. Its specifications also include a 5.5" / 14 cm minimum focus distance, a 77 mm filter thread, and an 80 mm front diameter.
