Built to enhance your acoustic instruments, the Zoom A1 Four is the first multi-effects processor engineered specifically for acoustic string and wind players. It comes loaded with 80 high-quality effects—including 35 crafted for acoustic instruments—and features an advanced acoustic guitar emulation engine that uses specially recorded IRs to deliver natural, lifelike guitar tones. You can run up to five simultaneous 32-bit effects in any order and save up to 50 custom patches. With 68 rhythm patterns, a chromatic tuner, and a versatile internal looper capable of storing 30-second loops, you have a complete creative toolkit at your fingertips.

A combined 1/4″ line/amp/headphone output makes it simple to connect to a PA system, guitar amp, or high-powered headphones, supporting up to 17 mW per channel into a 32-ohm load. The USB Micro-B port adds power options, MIDI I/O, and access to the free Guitar Lab software for editing effects and patches. For portable use, the A1 Four can run on four AA alkaline batteries, offering up to 18 hours of operation. It also includes the MAA-1 Mic Amp, allowing easy connection of both dynamic and phantom-powered condenser microphones.
