2. Definitions
- Insured Shipping: An optional service available at checkout that provides additional coverage against loss or damage during transit.
- Standard Post: Our regular shipping method, which includes tracking and requires a signed delivery for products that are difficult to obtain or are urgent/time sensitive.
- Customer: The individual or entity placing an order through our webshop.
3. Insurance Coverage
- Scope: When you select insured shipping, your order is covered for loss or damage occurring during transit, up to the declared value of the package.
- Declared Value: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate declared value at checkout. The insurance coverage will be based on this value.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Standard Post: All standard shipments are dispatched with tracking information and, when applicable, require a signature upon delivery—particularly for difficult-to-obtain or time-sensitive products.
- Urgent/Time-Sensitive Orders: For orders marked as urgent or time sensitive, our standard delivery method ensures that tracking and signature confirmation are provided to secure timely delivery.
5. Eligibility and Claim Process
- Selection Requirement: Insurance coverage is only applicable if the insured shipping option is chosen at checkout.

- The fee for the insured shipping option is a non-refundable service cost applied per shipment at the time of order placement. This fee is non-refundable regardless of order cancellation, return, or any other circumstances, as it represents a cost incurred per action.
