Description

The system is engineered to be compatible with vintage lenses that have been adapted using Simmod’s LPL mount conversion kits, allowing for remarkably swift and straightforward changes of diffusion filters. After installation, swapping filters becomes a quick task, with each Essence filter snapping into place with a satisfying click.

This setup is also more compact and lighter than traditional screw-on or matte box-mounted filters. A single, small filter can accommodate several lenses, eliminating the need for bulky matte boxes, various step-down rings, or larger, more costly filters for wide-angle lenses. A magnetic pilot is included.

Aria Glisten filters produce radiant highlights and gently diffused illumination. These filters preserve resolution while toning down contrast and softening sharpness. They minimize the appearance of wrinkles and blemishes, adding a sparkling effect.

This is particularly effective in situations where lighting conditions can lead to harsh highlights; the filter gently softens these to produce a more gentle and pleasing effect.

This rear-mounted filter removes the heavy weight of a heavy matte box and is versatile enough to be used with various focal lengths.

Rear mount filters offer a streamlined alternative to traditional front-mounted lens filters, significantly reducing bulk and weight on the camera setup.
