The Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5X Ultra-Macro Lens for Canon RF is designed for extreme close-up imaging at magnifications from 2.5:1 to 5:1. At 5:1 magnification, it offers a minimum focus distance of 6.8" and a 1.6" working distance.

Its wide-angle focal length provides greater depth of field than long focal length macro lenses. The optical design includes one extra-low dispersion element to reduce color fringing and chromatic aberrations, while the slim, lightweight design supports handling and working with artificial lighting.
