The SmallRig “Rhinoceros” Advanced Cage Kit for Sony Alpha 7R V / Alpha 7 IV / Alpha 7S III 3710 is engineered to enhance stability, reduce arm fatigue, and provide versatile accessory mounting options. This comprehensive kit includes a cage, a top handle, a side handle, and an HDMI cable clamp, all crafted from lightweight carbon fiber for extended handheld shooting sessions.

 

The cage securely locks the camera in place using a locating pin, a 1/4″-20 screw, and an M2.5 screw, offering full access to top buttons with its streamlined design. The top handle ensures comfortable carrying and low-angle shooting, while the side handle, made from carbon fiber and PU leather, provides a firm and pleasant grip.

 

The HDMI cable clamp, tightened with a flat-head screw, protects interfaces for stable signal transmission. Additionally, the kit features 1/4″-20 threaded holes for Magic Arm 3873, cold shoe mounts for microphones and LED lights, and ARRI 3/8″-16 locating holes for Side Handle 2914. A NATO rail and Arca-Swiss quick-release plate enhance the cage’s versatility, allowing quick transitions between handheld, tripod, and gimbal modes (compatible with DJI RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro).
