The Irix Edge Soft-Edge Gradual Filter is a four-stop neutral density filter with a 1.2 optical density. It reduces light in a specific area of the frame to help achieve suitable exposure across the image.

Its soft transition from full transparency to maximum density is suited to scenes with irregular horizon lines. The optical glass has a multi-layer, anti-reflective coating and the filter is supplied with a protective case.
