The Venus Optics Laowa 24mm f/14 Probe Lens for Canon RF is a manual-focus macro lens with a 2:1 maximum magnification, a 1.5' minimum focusing distance and a 0.8" minimum working distance. Its long, slender 1.3' lens barrel allows close-up subjects to be photographed from a greater distance.

The 24mm wide-angle design provides greater depth of field than traditional telephoto macro lenses. The lens features a built-in LED ring light powered via Micro-USB, a waterproof front lens barrel and an optical design incorporating two extra-low dispersion elements and one extra refractive index element.
