The Godox LMD-40C is a dual omnidirectional lavalier microphone with two microphones connected to a single 3.5 mm TRRS connector. It is designed for recording two people at the same time with a smartphone, DSLR or mirrorless camera, camcorder, recorder, computer, or similar device.

The microphones use electret condenser elements and have a mono sound field. Smartphone use is powered through plug-in power, while camera use includes an LR44 battery.
