The Rycote SC-08 is a matched pair of compact small-diaphragm condenser microphones with supercardioid polar patterns. They feature back electret capsules, ultralow self-noise and a flat frequency response from 60 Hz to 20 kHz.
The microphones are designed for studio, video and field applications. Each has a lightweight aluminum capsule, a low-noise brass preamp, active in-line RF filtering and a gold-plated Neutrik XLR connector.
