The Irix 11mm f/4 Firefly is an ultra-wide prime lens with a Nikon F mount and full-frame coverage. Its optical design includes aspherical, extra-low dispersion and high-refractive index elements to help suppress color fringing, chromatic and spherical aberrations, and distortion.

A Neutrino coating helps limit lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color accuracy in strong lighting conditions. The lens features manual focus operation, focus lock, a rubberized focus ring, depth-of-field and focus-distance scales, and a weather-sealed ABS plastic housing.
