The Avenger F831TH Baby Female Swivel Pin with Ball converts an arm or dowel up to 5/8" in diameter into a boom arm. It can also add swivel functionality to a non-swiveling light fixture when used with optional #013.

Both ends feature locking Baby 5/8" (16mm) receivers. The ball joint includes a pull-and-lock aluminum alloy handle with anti-rotation springs. The listed weight is 1.76 lb (0.8 kg).
