The MID49 Upper Cage for Sony FX2 is a form-fitting accessory mounting platform designed to mount multiple accessories without stressing the camera body.

It features multiple 1/4"-20, 3/8"-16, and M4x20mm threaded holes with ARRI anti-twist divots, plus a swing-away HDMI lock that protects the camera's HDMI port and helps prevent tipping under the force of focus motors. The cage also has a lower Arca-Swiss dovetail, an adjustable lens support clamp with three included 1/4"-20 support screws, and a handle tie-down for the Sony XLR-H1 audio handle.
