Products may be returned within\u00a014 days<\/strong>\u00a0of purchase or receipt, provided they are in their\u00a0original packaging<\/strong>,\u00a0undamaged<\/strong>, and\u00a0unused<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After requesting an\u00a0RMA form<\/strong>\u00a0by email, the customer must\u00a0return the item immediately<\/strong>, and it must\u00a0arrive at our facility within 7 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Returns may be\u00a0refused<\/strong>\u00a0if they are received\u00a0more than 7 days<\/strong>\u00a0after the RMA request.<\/p>\n

The chosen return shipping method must include a\u00a0tracking number<\/strong>\u00a0and a\u00a0declared full value<\/strong>\u00a0to protect against lost shipments.<\/p>\n

Return shipping costs<\/strong>\u00a0are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n

Refunds are issued\u00a0excluding any shipping and\/or customs fees<\/strong>. If the product is used, misused, incomplete, or damaged, Cinegear reserves the right to charge a\u00a0restocking fee of 15\u201320%<\/strong>\u00a0or to\u00a0refuse the return<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Exceptions<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The following products are\u00a0not eligible for return<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

  • Products that are\u00a0custom-made or personalized<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Digital downloads<\/strong>\u00a0and software once delivered or activated<\/li>\n
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons<\/strong>\u00a0(such as earbuds, microphones, headphones, etc.) where the seal has been broken<\/li>\n
  • Special offers, promotions, discounted products, open-box specials<\/strong>, blind<\/strong> or surprise boxes,<\/strong> and software licenses<\/li>\n
  • Sealed goods<\/strong> which are not suitable for return once opened<\/li>\n
  • Goods whose value or resale condition is irreversibly affected after opening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    RETURN POLICY (Dutch)<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Producten kunnen, mits in originele verpakking, onbeschadigd en ongebruikt, binnen\u00a014 dagen na aankoop of ontvangst<\/strong>\u00a0geretourneerd worden.<\/p>\n

    Na het aanvragen van een\u00a0RMA-formulier<\/strong>\u00a0per e-mail, moet de klant het bijbehorende artikel\u00a0onmiddellijk retourneren<\/strong>\u00a0en het moet binnen\u00a07 dagen<\/strong>\u00a0bij ons zijn aangekomen.<\/p>\n

    Retouren kunnen worden geweigerd als ze\u00a0meer dan 7 dagen<\/strong>\u00a0na het aanvragen van een RMA worden teruggestuurd.<\/p>\n

    De retourverzendmethode moet een\u00a0trackingcode<\/strong>\u00a0en een\u00a0aangifte van de volledige waarde<\/strong>\u00a0omvatten om bescherming te bieden tegen zoekgeraakte zendingen.<\/p>\n

    Retourverzendkosten<\/strong>\u00a0zijn de verantwoordelijkheid van de klant.<\/p>\n

    Restitutie vindt plaats\u00a0exclusief eventuele verzend- en\/of douanekosten<\/strong>. Indien het product gebruikt, misbruikt, incompleet en\/of beschadigd is, behoudt Cinegear zich het recht voor om een\u00a0restocking fee van 15\u201320%<\/strong>\u00a0in rekening te brengen of de retourzending te weigeren.<\/p>\n

    Uitzonderingen<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    De volgende producten komen\u00a0niet in aanmerking voor retournering<\/strong>:<\/p>\n

    • Producten die\u00a0op maat zijn gemaakt of gepersonaliseerd<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Digitale downloads<\/strong>\u00a0en software zodra deze zijn geleverd of geactiveerd<\/li>\n
    • Artikelen die verzegeld zijn om hygi\u00ebnische redenen<\/strong>\u00a0(zoals oordopjes, microfoons, hoofdtelefoons, etc.) waarvan de verzegeling is verbroken<\/li>\n
    • Aanbiedingen, promoties, producten met korting, open-box aanbiedingen, blind- of verrassingsboxen <\/strong>en softwarelicenties.

    • Verzegelde goederen die na opening niet geschikt zijn voor retourzending.<\/li>\n
    • Goederen waarvan de waarde of de staat voor wederverkoop onomkeerbaar wordt be\u00efnvloed na opening<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
