Operator-friendly Focus Length Adjustment: While using the manual focus lens, the real-time Focal Length will display on the screen, simple and clear; with the help of Active E Mount, the camera also supports to adjust the Focal Length of lens with Servo System, controlling lens zooming freely through camera buttons.

Smooth Focus Control**: While the lens is on AF Mode, the camera attached with Active E Mount supports to adjust the Focus with camera buttons; While on AF/MF Mode, focusing is easy to achieve by rotating the lens focusing ring, and the focus points position would exhibit on monitor UI.

Anti-shake System: While attaching an E mount lens with Optical Image Stabilization system, enable the Anti-shake function in camera or turn on the lens’s image stabilization, realize sharper imagery no matter shooting handheld or using a telephone lens.

In-camera Metadata Display, High-efficient Interaction

Efficient Interaction For Quick Adjustments: Long press the IRIS Button to enter the E Mount Lens Controlling interface where you can adjust the Focal Length, Aperture and other parameters based on the living image.

Live Lens Parameters Display: Display the real-time metadata on the monitoring screen of MAVO Edge 8K , MAVO Edge 6K and MAVO mark2 just like using a cinema lens supporting the Cooke/i protocol. Users can be wise of current Aperture, Focal Length, as well as the precise Focus position.

Save the Precise Lens Metadata: Automatically identifies lens models, reads lens metadata and records them into the footage, acquiring corresponding Lens information for in-camera playback or post-processing; simplify the workflow and increase efficiency on set and in post.

Solid brass construction with chrome-plated mounts creates a precision fit with no gap, play, or wiggling. Felt material flocks the inside and bolsters optical quality by minimizing internal light reflections while a satin finish on the outside gives this adapter an OEM look.

This adapter is designed to reach infinity focus while retaining the proper registration distance for maintaining optical quality when you are using vintage and modern lenses or other lenses with floating elements.

Because your camera’s body cap cannot attach to the lens adapter, a rigid-and-removable locking dust cover is provided that allows you to disconnect your lens, leave the adapter mounted, and keep your camera’s sensor protected during transportation. Additionally, a removable Arca-type tripod foot is included for use with heavier lenses. Fine-tuning and adjustments are made possible with the supplied set of shims.

Laowa 58mm f/2.8 2X Ultra Macro APO is a mirrorless-designed macro lens with a 40.9° angle of view on full frame sensors. It features an apochromatic (APO) characteristic that chromatic aberration at both ‘in-focus’ & ‘out-of-focus’ is compressed to a minimum. Like many other Laowa macro lenses, this lens is able to focus from 2:1 magnification to infinity which can serve as both macro and portrait lenses. It has 3 extra-low dispersion (ED) glasses and 3 glasses with Ultra-High Refractive Index which produces pictures with outstanding sharpness.
