The Laowa Nanomorph 80mm T2.4 1.5x S35 lens (Amber) (Nikon Z) is a compact and lightweight anamorphic lens designed to capture high-quality organic images with a 1.5x anamorphic squeeze on cameras equipped with S35 sensors. It offers telephoto compression ideal for close-ups, an aperture range from T2.4 to T16 for deep depth of field, and 13 aperture blades for soft bokeh.

This prime lens features a short minimum focusing distance of 70 cm and provides anamorphic characteristics such as oval bokeh, shallower depth of field, and amber lens flares. Additional features include focus markings in both foot and meter, 0.8 MOD cine gears on focus and aperture rings, and a 62 mm filter thread on the front. The Nikon Z lens mount is interchangeable, allowing compatibility with six other separately available mounts. Utilize this Nanomorph prime with the separately available 1.33x adapter to achieve a squeeze ratio of 2x.

A squeeze ratio of 1.5x strikes a perfect balance between size and anamorphic intensity. After de-squeezing, it provides an aspect ratio of 2.66:1 on a 16:9 sensor. With coverage greater than that of the S35, these Nanomorph lenses can be used with minimal vignetting on certain full-frame cameras.
