Protect your Blackmagic Design Cinema Camera 6K and expand its functionality with the SmallRig Basic Cage Kit. This comprehensive kit includes a full camera cage, a lens mount adapter support, an ARRI-style 3/8″-16 top handle, an SSD mounting bracket, and an HDMI/USB-C cable clamp. The cage is designed to provide full access to the camera’s controls, compartments, and connectors while offering ample mounting options for additional accessories.

Three-point locking system

The three-point locking system secures the camera with two 1/4″-20 screws at the bottom and a 1/4″-20 screw at the top, while integrated silicone pads prevent scratches. The cage provides unobstructed access to all camera interfaces, card slots, flip screen and battery compartment. The lens adapter mount is compatible with Sigma MC-31, Sigma MC-21 and similar lens adapters and prevents damage to the camera mount.

HDMI & USB-C cable clamp

The kit is also equipped with HDMI & USB-C cable clamps to protect the camera’s ports and prevent signal loss. The ergonomic ARRI-type top handle provides a comfortable low angle shooting option for makers, making the camera easy to handle. The SSD mounting bracket is compatible with Samsung T5/T7 SSDs and has a built-in cold shoe attachment for quick mounting and dismounting.

With multiple mounting options including 1/4″-20 threaded holes, 3/8″-16 threaded holes, ARRI mounting holes, cold shoe mounts, NATO rail and QD mounts, the kit accommodates accessories such as magic arms, side grips, top grips, rod clips, baseplates, LED video lights, microphones and more.
