The Rycote CA-08 is a matched stereo pair of compact small-diaphragm condenser microphones for studio or field applications. Each microphone uses a cardioid pickup pattern, a back electret condenser capsule and a lightweight aluminum capsule.
The microphones provide a flat frequency response from 70 Hz to 20 kHz, an equivalent noise level of 13 dB (A-Weighted, Phantom Power), active in-line RF filtering and a low-noise brass preamp. Each microphone features a gold-plated Neutrik XLR connector and requires 24 to 48 V phantom power.
