It’s covered with 1/4” and 3/8” threaded openings all over it. What’s more, the Scorpio handle is equipped with four cold shoe mounts and 15mm rod opening to allow you to expand even more. It is attached to the cage with the help of a M6 screw to fit the 8Sinn Arri Rosette, 8Sinn Arri NATO Rosette, as well as third-party products. Thanks to the Arri Rosette mounting system, the handle provides 360 degree rotation which allows you to adjust the handle’s position to your preference.

Top Handle Scorpio can be purchased with or without the mounting solution.
However, to affix the handle on the cage the user needs one of two mounting options.

Striving to meet the expectations of Canon R5C users, 8Sinn designed a cage that is filled with functionality and is also visually pleasurable. Its body is covered with ¼” mounting points from every side. There are strap holders on both sides of the cage. 8SINN CAGE FOR CANON C70 + 8SINN TOP HANDLE SCORPIO

The 8Sinn Cage for CANON C70 has been designed to provide practicality and safety to your camera, and at the same time, simplify your work. The unique and ergonomic shape of the cage is perfectly adjusted to the camera and provides access to all its features. It is filled with functionality thanks to multiple mounting options provided. There are several 1/4″ mounting points and 3/8″ mounting points with Arri locating points. There is a cold shoe mount and a built-in Safety NATO Rail, which is an extremely convenient addition to the cage. It allows you to mount NATO system accessories without the need for additional Safety NATO Rail. The cage is mounted to the camera with 3 mounting screws, two at the bottom and one at the top.

The bridge that is added on the top of the cage is here to provide even more stability and keep the camera tighter in place. There is one of the cage-to-camera attachment points on it. What’s more, this part of the cage provides compatibility with the original Canon C70 top handle.

8Sinn did his best at minimizing the weight of a7SIII / a7IV / A7R V – only 160g of pure air aluminum. This outstanding cage has various mounting points of different sizes: Arri Locating points on its top, 1/4” and M4 threaded holes all over its body. The cage was kept in 8Sinn style: comfortable in use, elegantly designed and ergonomic. Together with the cage comes 8Sinn Top handle Scorpio. Its ergonomics will be of use to every cinematographer. This handle not only rotates 360 degrees but also has 4 build-in nato rails and a special rod section where 15mm rods can be inserted. Its functions allow the user to mount various accessories. The presented 8Sinn cage is compatible with two camera models – Sony FX3 and Sony FX30. It’s designed to provide safety and functionality to your camera. The design and threaded openings, covering the cage, make it a solid base for additional attachments. It’s covered with multiple mounting options: 1/4” threaded openings, 3/8” threaded openings with Arri locating points and M4 mounting points (at the front top and bottom). The camera is held steady in the cage with the help of two 1/4″ screws: one on side and one on the bottom. The strap holders located on both sides of the cage allow holding it according to the individual’s comfort. The FX3 / FX30 cage guarantees easy access to all camera controls/buttons.
