The Laowa Nanomorph 80mm T2.4 1.5x S35 lens (Amber) (Fuji X) is a lightweight and compact anamorphic lens designed to capture high-quality organic images with a 1.5x anamorphic squeeze on cameras equipped with S35 sensors. It offers telephoto compression, making it perfect for close-up shots, and boasts an aperture range from T2.4 to T16, providing deep depth of field. With its 13 aperture blades, it delivers soft bokeh for a visually pleasing effect.

This prime lens features a short minimum focusing distance of 70 cm and incorporates anamorphic characteristics such as oval bokeh, shallower depth of field, and amber lens flares, enhancing the visual appeal of your footage. It also includes focus markings in both foot and meter, 0.8 MOD cine gears on focus and aperture rings, and a 62 mm front filter thread for added convenience.

The Fuji X lens mount is interchangeable, offering compatibility with six other separately available mounts, thereby increasing its versatility. Additionally, you can use this Nanomorph prime with the separately available 1.33x adapter to achieve a squeeze ratio of 2x.

With a squeeze ratio of 1.5x, it strikes a perfect balance between size and anamorphic intensity, resulting in an aspect ratio of 2.66:1 on a 16:9 sensor after de-squeezing. Its coverage extends beyond that of the S35, enabling its use with minimal vignetting on certain full-frame cameras.
