KIPON Baveyes introduced the focal reducer M645-LPL 0.8x, specially designed for the new coming ARRI ALEXA 265, ALEXA 65, BMCC 17K and GFX ETERNA cameras, virtually eliminating any crop factor image loss and maintaining diagonal angle of view.

M645-LPL 0.8x is specially designed for video shooting as a both-side-locked version, which eliminates any shaking of the lens and provides stability for photography.

By reducing the focal length of the lens, M645-LPL 0.8x increases light transmission, effectively increasing the aperture. For example, an F2.8 lens turns to F2.0. The depth of field is more blurred.

M645-LPL 0.8x reduces the focal length by 0.8, the effective length becomes shorter so that the shooting range is larger. It allows the Mamiya 645 lens view angle to be restored on the cine cameras.
