The 138mm Close-Up +0.25 Diopter from Revar Cine lens attachment reduces near-focus distance, allowing you to capture macro images without using a special macro lens. This is done by increasing the magnification while the field of view decreases, but the depth of field is retained.

High-quality anodized aluminum ring with scratch resistant coatings.
138mm filter allows for use of wide angle lenses for maximum compatibility.
The coatings are designed to more closely match the spectral transmission requirements of modern sensors.

This specialty filter creates a zoom rack type effect where the edges of the image are blurred and the center flat window retains the in-focus image. Revar Cine Donut Diopters are standard 138mm diopters with a precision cut center hole available in multiple sizes for various focal lengths and percentage of effect in frame. 37mm hole will give you a decent percentage of the frame in focus on telephoto lenses. 49mm is best for mid to wide angle lenses. 60mm is for wide angle lenses. Create spherical distortion with clear point of focus. The most popular densities are +1 and +2 if you are looking for a strong effect. +0.25 and +0.50 are for a more subtle effect. Revar Cine Wormhole is a large diopter apporoximately the size of a +3 diopter with circular etching to create a unique effect. There is a center flat polished window to allow selective focus in the center of frame. This version has a 50mm cetner window for wider focal length lenses. Made from Schott B270 glass to the highest tolerances.

The 138mm Kaleidoscope-9 Filter from Revar Cine is a 9-surface filter made for professional cinematography and creating a high-resolution split image. The center is a 50mm clear flat surface. Any subject positioned in the center will be refracted, and part of the image will show on the outer eight surfaces. This filter is the thickness of a +3 diopter and weighs nearly 2 lb. Use the Atlas 138 to 114mm holder or the Vocas 5-axis diopter holder for maximum creative control. The ARRI rear donut 138mm holders work as well.
